is a 1-year-old male bunny, ID # 49701. Rascal is a bit skittish until he knows and trusts you, but he becomes a loving, sweet guy once he gets to know you. He would probably make a good companion to a kind, female bunny. Rabbits like Rascal make wonderful indoor companions. They're perfect for apartment living, they're clean and litter box trained, and they provide entertainment and companionship just like a dog or cat. Rascal is available for adoption from the Escondido Humane Society and is one of the featured bunnies at the Carmel Mountain Petco, 11160 Rancho Carmel Drive. His $45 adoption fee includes microchip, neuter and vet exam. For more information, call (760) 888-2247 or log on to The Escondido Humane Society Adoption Center, 3450 E. Valley Parkway, is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. seven days a week.
