Eclipse is a beautiful 1 1/2-year-old New Zealand mix, ID # 42758.

Eclipse is a darling, friendly girl who loves to play and is accustomed to gentle dogs and cats. She is confident enough to live as a single bunny, but she also could be adopted as a companion to a neutered male bunny. She's litter box trained and will be a good pet for apartment living. Eclipse is available for adoption from the Escondido Humane Society and is one of the featured bunnies at the San Marcos Petco, 141 S. Las Posas Road. The Humane Society is reducing all adoption fees by 50 percent in August, so Eclipse can be adopted for just $22.50 this month. Adoption fee includes spay and microchip. For more information, call (760) 888-2247 or log on to www.escondidohumanesociety.org. The Escondido Humane Society Adoption Center is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. seven days a week.

kittens

Yes, they are cutie pies.

And they’re so new they don’t yet have names. We’ll leave that to you.

Naming a kitten is a special act, best left to the new kitten’s family of humans.

Check them out! At the Escondido Humane Society
