Colorado is a 5-year-old neutered male shepherd mix, ID # 45501. Colorado is smart and enthusiastic and is very quick to learn his basic obedience commands. Shelter staff doesn’t know a lot about his history, but he can be a little slow to trust some people that he meets for the first time. Colorado is selective about other dogs but plays nicely when he finds a friend. He is housebroken, walks well on a leash, and doesn’t bark when left alone. He is loyal and will be a good companion for the right person. Colorado is available for adoption at the Escondido Humane Society, 3450 E. Valley Parkway. The Humane Society is reducing all adoption fees in July, so Colorado can be adopted for just $55. Adoption fee includes neuter, microchip, up-to-date vaccinations and vet exam. kittens

Yes, they are cutie pies.

And they’re so new they don’t yet have names. We’ll leave that to you.

Naming a kitten is a special act, best left to the new kitten’s family of humans.

Check them out! At the Escondido Humane Society
