Felicity

Felicity is a 5-year-old spayed female domestic shorthair mix, ID # 46711. She is a very sweet cat who has a purr you can hear from across the room. She is so affectionate that she will snuggle up next to you wherever you are. She loves to sit in your lap and be petted, but she also likes to explore her surroundings. She isn’t sure how she feels about other felines, so she may need to be the only cat in her new home. Felicity is available for adoption at the Escondido Humane Society, 3450 E. Valley Parkway. The Humane Society is reducing all adoption fees in July, so Felicity can be adopted for just $55 this month. Adoption fee includes spay, microchip, up-to-date vaccinations and vet exam. For more information, call (760) 888-2247 or log on to www.escondidohumanesociety.org. The Escondido Humane Society Adoption Center is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. seven days a week.

Maisy

Maisy is a 4 year old, spayed, female, Labrador Retriever blend.  Fully grown at 48 pounds she is best in a home with humans 18 years and older and no cats please.  Maisy knows some basic commands but with a small refundable deposit, this pooch comes with free training with Rob Kuty of San Diego Pet Training!  Maisy’s adoption fee:  just $195.  All pets adopted from Helen Woodward Animal Center have been spayed or neutered, have up-to-date vaccinations and microchip identification.  Helen Woodward Animal Center; 6461 El Apajo Road in Rancho Santa Fe. Adoption kennels open Saturday through Thursday from 11am to 6pm.

Miley

Miley a 4 year old, roley poley (Labrador/Australian Cattle mix), happy go lucky girl! She loves going for short walks, rolling in the grass, and looking for bunnies and squirrels. Miley would be fine as an only pet, but as we work with her more, we believe she would also do well with a compatible doggy friend. She is not a high energy dog that will require a lot of exercise. Loving and affectionate, is an adorable girl that has a most wonderful smile. She is spayed, housetrained, and up to date on all vaccinations. To meet Miley call Vicky at 760-753-9366 or Lani at 760-744-0233. Miley is a private party adoption.

kittens

Yes, they are cutie pies.

And they’re so new they don’t yet have names. We’ll leave that to you.

Naming a kitten is a special act, best left to the new kitten’s family of humans.

Check them out! At the Escondido Humane Society
