The Newest Addition to Escondido Mattress Factory
You can rest assured that if and when something new comes out on the market that makes for a better quality mattress or a better grade of service, you’ll find it first at Escondido Mattress Company, 1281 Simpson Way, Escondido.
The newest feature at Escondido Mattress Company is a lovely young lady by the name of Laurie Hippert.
Randy Taylor, the Master Craftsman who has been operating Escondido Mattress for over 50 years, is delighted that he found Laurie.
“She has organized our office, our office procedures, our inventory control, our pricing, both for residential as well as large corporate and institutional accounts. She’s a tremendous asset to this company!”
Laurie has been with the Escondido Mattress Company for less than a year but she has picked up the business and has become an integral part of it.
“Just recently,” says Randy, “she did a wonderful job for us. The folks at the Deer Springs and Rincon Fire Department wanted a quote on a dozen new mattresses. I gave her the task and she put together a bid she worked for the Fire Department and for us. We got the bid, thanks to her. Further, the Fire Department was so pleased they ordered seven more."
Learning the business from Randy Taylor is a little like going to Harvard or Yale. Laurie is learning from the best.
Randy Taylor is a Master Craftsman. He builds the finest mattresses available . . . he’ll build custom mattresses . . . for antique beds . . . or for standard size beds. This 80+ year old master craftsman has been serving his customers for over 50 years. Many of his customers today are children and even grandchildren of folks he sold mattresses to many years ago.
So far, Laurie hasn’t learned how to build a mattress . . . but don’t be too surprised if she learns that end of the business as well. Recently, for example, she went through inventory and created a special inventory reduction package of outstanding mattresses that she and Randy are able to offer at a very attractive cost. The inventory is limited, however, so if you’d like to see them and learn the prices, come on in and visit with Laurie or Randy. They’ll be happy to help.
Whether you are an individual homeowner, or a corporate individual, or if you work for an institution . . . if you need mattresses and want the outstanding price on top quality mattresses, just ask for Laurie. She’ll flash that great big smile of hers and get right to work, coming up with a product and a price that will work for you and your needs.
They make quite a pair, these two, Randy Taylor and Laurie Hippert. They are what makes Escondido Mattress Company what it is today.
Whether it’s a mattress for a crib, a standard size, or antique, Escondido Mattress Company is up to the task.
Two great people, both with warm, welcoming smiles, ready and rarin’ to go to work for you. Stop by and visit them at Escondido Mattress Company, 1281 Simpson Way, or, give them a call at 760.745.5336 or 760. 746.5336.
