Javi
Javi is a 2-year-old neutered male shepherd mix. Javi can be a little shy when he first meets new people, but he definitely warms up quickly once he figures out you're OK. He absolutely loves to cuddle and won't hesitate to sit right in your lap. He also loves to run and would be a great jogging partner. He gets along well with other dogs, but he wouldn't mind being the center of attention, either. He’s learned a lot since he came to the shelter and now knows sit and down commands. Javi’s adoption fee of $110 includes microchip, up-to-date vaccinations, neuter and vet exam.
For more information, call (760) 888-2247 or log on to www.escondidohumanesociety.org. The Escondido Humane Society Adoption Center is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. seven days a week.
Animal Rescue

Creampuff
Creampuff is a delightful little Shih Tzu mix who is a spayed female. She is 4 years old and weighs 10 pounds, but could stand to gain another pound. She is white and tan, and is a lively, affectionate dog. She is crate trained; housetraining is in progress. She'll need someone home most of the time. She should be fine with older, quiet children. Good with other dogs and may be okay with cats. For more information, please contact Lacey at laceyh@joimail.com Creampuff is up-to-date with routine shots. We will be in front of Encinitas PetSmart (1034 N. El Camino Real) on Saturday September 12 between 11am and 3pm. Please come and see Creampuff and other dogs.

Yes, they are cutie pies.
And they’re so new they don’t yet have names. We’ll leave that to you.
Naming a kitten is a special act, best left to the new kitten’s family of humans.
Check them out! At the Escondido Humane Society
