AMW - Fine Craftmanship!

The fine craftsmanship built into German cars is legendary. Owners take great pride in their car, whether it’s a Mercedes, a BMW, an Audi, or a Volkswagen. Owners also are very picky about who works on their cars. That’s why Alex Teran of AMW (Alex Motor Works) has grown over the years. Alex has 20 years of experience working on German cars. With Getzinger Motor Works for 10 years before the dealership sold, Alex opened his own business three and a half years ago here in Escondido at 520 N. Andreason. While most of his years of experience were here in the states, Alex trained initially at Mercedes Benz of Monterrey, Mexico. While there he was often sent on training trips to Central and South America . . . experience that would prove invaluableover the years.

Asked the secret to his success, he responded . . . “Clearly, it’s the attention to detail and getting the job done right. Alex and his staff don’t sit around behind glossy, expensive desks and talk about mechanical work. They are out in their garage area every day, working on Mercedes, BMW’s, Audi’s, and Volkswagens.
