Memphis is a 2 year old, neutered, male, Red Tick-Coonhound Mix. 63 pounds of fully grown 'hound dog' fun for the industrious active family. Go walking with Memphis and you'll agree ... he'll sniff out the best Bar-B-Q in the entire County! He'll clean a lot of plates and give great big puppy kisses! You can adopt Memphis for just $185. All pets adopted from Helen Woodward Animal Center have been spayed or neutered, have up-to-date vaccinations and have microchip identification.

La Jolla Festival for the Arts

Helen Woodward Animal Center's Therapeutic Riding program, serving physically challenged San Diegans, is a beneficiary of the 2008 La Jolla Festival for the Arts. The Festival is Saturday and Sunday, June 28 and 29 from 9 am to 5 pm at the UCSD East Campus at the corner of Genesee Avenue and Regents Road in La Jolla. Admission is $10.
