An Alternative Investment Plan to CD’s

John E. Richardson, Jr. |
Jerod C. Fenton |
Most of us have seen CD’s, a rather traditional investment device, offer less and less interest. Interest returns of 1, 1.5%, maybe 2% do not excite the average investor, certainly, not the wise investor.
How does 6.0% to 7.2% sound? Or 6.9% to 8.4%? Those type of returns are available. Plus, the investment is secured by property deeds and other safeguards to reduce the risk of default. It seems to work. Less than a 1% default rate.
The magic investment? Church bonds.
The Escondido office of Strongtower Financial, specializes in this market as well as providing a wide variety of investment services at no-charge seminars that present top speakers in a variety of disciplines, law, mortgages, financial planning. The seminars are held in their very modern conference center at 900 Canterbury Place, Suite 300, Escondido.
Senior Financial Advisors, John E. Richardson, Jr., and Jerod C. Fenton, will schedule speakers for these seminars and see to it interested investors receive an invitation.
“Basically,” said John Richardson, “we provide the funding to help churches build churches. The bonds are fully secured with property deeds. It’s an area of investment many investors are unaware of, but one that offers excellent returns. What is nice is the flexibility they offer to the investor. For the short term investor we can structure the Financial Church bonds for as little as three months to five years with returns ranging from 6.0% to 7.2%. That’s a lot better than most CD’s are offering.”
“We also have the flexibility for the long term investor,” says Jerod Fenton. “For those long term investors who are looking for retirement income solutions, we have bonds maturing anywhere from five years to 30 years. You can look for interest of 6.9% to 8.4%.”
Both Richardson and Fenton are Certified Financial Planners. In addition, Richardson is also a CPA. Together, they operate the Escondido office for Strongtower Financial, home offices of which are in Fresno, California. Strongtower Financial has been providing Financial Church bonds for over a half century.

Real Estate Problems? Here’s A Possible Solution
They say the quickest way to success is to find a need . . . and fill it. If that is true, and we believe it is, a young man by the name of Josh Turner is well on his way.
He recognized that, given today’s real estate and mortgage market, there are a lot of folks who have negative equity in their beautiful and very desireable homes . . . some of which are so severe that they may well be facing foreclosure.
Turner may well be able to clear up your temporary financial condition. How? If you have a home or condo that meets his needs, and if you are able to live elsewhere for 90 days, he will contract with you to use your home as a vacation rental for his corporate and/or vacationing clients, all of whom want to be in San Diego County, in a comfortable and attractive home for three months. When you return to your home, chances are that the income you have generated from this program will have cleared any negative financial problems you have; you may well be able to bring your mortgage(s) current . . . and ready to start anew!
He is also open to buying homes in San Diego County. Currently, he owns four homes in the Rancho Bernardo area. All are used for vacation rentals for his corporate as well as national/international clients. Additionally, he is able to secure vacation rental homes for you almost anywhere in the world!
