like a $45,504 raise this year?
When there are families of four living on an annual salary of
$45,504 it came as a rather abrupt shock to members of the public
and governmental officials alike when it was revealed that the city
of Escondido recently awarded a pay raise of $45,504 each to two of
its top officials, City Manager Clay Phillips and City Attorney Jeff
Epp.
